Do I need to pay in advance? +
No, for most standard packages, you can pay in cash or card upon arrival. For VIP or large group bookings, a small deposit might be required to secure the reservation.
What is the cancellation policy? +
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Is pickup included from my location? +
Yes, we provide door-to-door pickup from any hotel or residence within Dubai city limits. Pickup from Sharjah or Ajman is also available upon request.
What should I wear? +
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Sandals or sneakers are best for walking on sand. A light jacket is recommended for winter evenings (Nov-Mar) as the desert gets cool at night.
